In the unlikely event you experience a fault, please fill out the form below and a member of the Bespoke team will be in touch as soon as possible. Our standard response time is up to 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Before submitting a fault form, please check our Troubleshooting Page for common resolutions that may help you quickly resolve the issue without needing further support. Please Note: To arrange an engineer visit, the appliance’s power supply must be safely accessible at all times—whether it uses a standard 13A plug or is hard-wired with a fuse spur. As part of initial diagnostics, please ensure the 13A fuse in the plug or fuse spur is replaced to rule out simple power-related faults.
